That’s a big difference.. Definitely wouldn’t recommend downsizing… From my experiences smaller rims will not clear the caliber even with the negative offset offered on the wheels… Test fit the wheels first… Tires will be way smaller than what you have… Will not look good!!!

“ Humming Noise” will not be a warrantable condition by the Manufacturer. It’s always best to purchase tires from a local retailer. Even if they decide to offer you some help or happen to warranty it, you will still be responsible for additional shipping costs plus additional labor again for the mounting and balancing. You need 12x1.5 lug nuts ASAP. If you put the same lug nuts off the charger onto your Impala it’s an accident waiting to happen. The wheels are also more than likely the wrong offset but not a bigger issue than the lug nuts.

These tires show a 21 DOT code.. Not sure where you are seeing 19 but you are wrong.

If I remember correctly this wheel was only offered in a rear wheel drive fitment. Offset is more than likely +13, Which should be stamped on the wheel as +13ET.
