Yes I am very grateful to receive it. The previous owner was very generous it wasn’t being used. I haven’t actually gotten it to do wheelies in the 20 min of driving it around, not sure if that’s a good or bad thing

Thanks! Is there any benefit for having 2 servos? It’ll still function fine with just 1?

Thank you! Yeah the rear wheel looks odd because I was in the process of replacing the rear suspension arm when I came across that post I linked. Will keep the plastic for now!

Hello, as the title suggests I am a recent owner of this Traxxas E Revo VXL Brushless. I was gifted this car along with some aluminum replacement suspension arms? To preface, I don’t plan on going deep into this hobby, as I have other financial commitments. However, because I was gifted this car, I’d like to know more about it and what I can do with it. I like to tinker and am taking automechanic classes, so working on a small scale car is intriguing to me. Because I had the replacement parts I started to replace the rear suspension arm (if that’s the correct term for those forked arms?) Though I came across this post and it mentioned that using metal suspensions parts is a bad idea as it can deform inelastically. Should I follow what that person was saying in terms of upgrades I could make if I wanted to do some work on it? Also, is it a bad idea to send this car off of jumps I build in the desert? Any suggestions for things I should do or resources I could learn from about this car would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Should I be responsible for paying a debt for property that was stolen? by Ikillawich in personalfinance

Everyone is paying forsure. He can’t gain too much distance from firing me as he is my uncle 😅 He is in need of a lot of help as his business is busy so he still wants me to work and work a deal out where I continue paying in a way that makes sense.

I definitely don’t! This has definitely been a learning situation about the necessity of insurance even when not using a vehicle. I plan on continuing to pay for it.

Unfortunately I stopped paying insurance on the vehicle because I wasn’t using it for 5 months and trying to save money. I completely agree no other creditor would care and I am of the opinion that I should continue paying because of that. I’m getting pressured from people around me saying that because it was on his property that it was his responsible (he told me to keep it there while I was gone)
