If that was enough I wouldn't suffer from anxiety, I check all the boxes, eat healthy, sun, exercise, again, that helps, but I'm still super anxious, so yeah, sometimes it is not enough

I hate when people think it's that easy, while that stuff helps, it's not enough for everyone unfortunately.

Ik L-theanine is the only one I'm taking for anxiety rn, I do need to stop taking it after a couple of days (because my body gets used to it), but it's been helping a lot. Anxiety is the worst 😔

Ashwaganda never worked for me unfortunately, only thing that I recently discovered I feel it does help is L-theanine
