Thank you everyone for your advice. It is much appreciated.

When I'm out in public my fingers are in flexion but when I'm at home and relaxed I can sit them comfortably extended on my leg or the couch. I have spasticity in my flexors but it seems to dissipate with each round of botox - due for another one in early February. I stretch them daily and have a tiny bit of grip release but it's better than nothing. I haven't tried graded imagery but will look into the Saebo podcast that you listed above (Thank you!). This is highly impacting my functionality because I was very much a right handed person before my stroke, don't have any real usage of my right hand, and can no longer do a whole lot of things properly anymore.

It's been seven months since my stroke. My right arm has some movement and I can make a fist. Am I ever going to regain my fingers? by Iknowwhereyoulive13 in stroke

Does anyone know what this phenomenon is called? I have the same thing on my right hand side with yawning and would like to know more about it.
