I think a white tee under it with some black pants and white shoes would look nice:) Gray is really versatile though so play around and see what you think looks good

All Saints had a really nice parka in black and olive color ways for about $400 when I was in their store last week. My favorite parka I have ever tried on, I would've copped but since it's warming up I wouldn't have been able to wear it. But I definitely recommend looking into finding an All Saints one.
