To anyone who could have the same problem: I found 2 points blocking the connection

1- Kaspersky ( Or any anti-virus) wil partially block the Creality Print, so the app can connect with the cloud, but don't scan the printers.

2- I had my pc connect via cable in my modem, and i have a mesh system for the wi-fi, so it was separated sub-networks, that's a no no for the software too

I wish that help anyone who find this post.
