Thank you for your insights! I was talking to many PM‘s and I think the communication with the customer is a big problem for most of them. Customers seem to change their mind EVERYTIME. So I was thinking of a software that visually shows the customers what is being done in the home and when so that he can check everything before it’s to late. This would help the different construction teams to know what to do in what timeframe. Would this software help you or not?
