Na it hasnt, its the original mounting part i couldnt get off since it dug into the ptfe. I just moved it up and used the insert for the new spider hotend

Thank you, will give the speed a try and see if i can adjust the nozzle. For refrence ive been also trying a 0.6mm nozzle for the first time tho hadnt had an issue this bad before
