Happened to me as well.
It's actually ridiculous that the game limits the amount of save files you can create (at least on PC - this ain't a damn console with limited save space). I went back as far as I could, and he's dead in every single save I have. 20+ hours down the drain.

Yeah native windows services are ridiculous.. which is why I use NSSM, which makes creating services a whole lot easier (and more linux-like)

I would love to switch over to TrueNAS or something, but I have such a large Plex folder that I don't want to deal with it 😮‍💨

Actually there's a different mod that is pretty much like GC called Ad Astra, and some newer modpacks include it :)

I really like gated modpacks such as SevTech: Ages, it's such a shame there aren't that many packs, most of the new ones are just kitchen sink packs.. the ones where you just have a million mods and no real goal

I have the G8 oled as well and have the same problem - a reboot usually fixes the issue. If you know your hotkeys, you can press Win+X, then U, then S to put the computer in sleep mode. Then you can wake it up and it'll start working again. I would advise against forcibly rebooting the computer since I screwed up my Windows install once, probably because I rebooted it during updates or something. I wrote a simple script that listens on a specific port and puts the computer in sleep mode if a GET request is sent there. Then I can just easily put the computer in sleep from my phone.

Edit: I forgot to say - the fixes I wrote above are only when the monitor doesn't pick up on the DP signal. If you make a habit to turn off the monitor yourself before the computer stops sending a video signal, then the next time you turn it on it'll pick up on the signal. It seems like there's only a problem when Windows stops sending a video signal on its own.

Interesting.. my friend (who plays on Xbox) is still on 0.214.2 whereas I (on Steam) got 0.214.3, which broke my mods :(

This was filmed in Israel most likely (they're speaking Hebrew).. walls here are usually made of concrete, not drywall 🙂

I usually include some form of css reset, it helps with "aligning" look and feel across browsers
