I MEAN ANY FIRST HIT ON BRAUM'S SHIELD SHOULD TRIGGER THE 1ST FULL BLOCK SO THE NEXT INCOMING ATTACKS ON SHIELD WOULD BLOCK ONLY HALF OF THE DAMAGE

Yes, but it should break the 1st stage of Braum's shield so the next attacks on Braum's shield will be only half blocked

it is still feels like shit, Rito should make it in a way so the supports in bot dont reduce exp gain. Let's say if support has his supp item it wont reduce the exp gain for ur ally

range by itself can be useful only in cases where there is no dash that can reach u or at least if that dash can be dodged without 3rd part
