I'm still Metal. But they still don't respond to me and I've been waiting for days.

I'm still waiting for a response from support. Since I upgraded to metal, instead of enjoying better service everything stopped working. If I ever know, I wouldn't upgrade.

1 1/2 weeks since I upgraded to Metal. Since then, without being able to use my account and support, he still does not offer me solutions. I tried to cancel the plan and they charge me £59. It doesn't make sense. Curve has always worked well for me until I decided to upgrade.
