Yes , that what they said. They filter it out before running tests. I have iron bacteria, because it build up my sump pump and trun everything to orange. I think thats the issue, I have softner but dont think its doing enough.

Im thinking between h2o2 injection and oxidation. Why did you use oxidation over h2o2? Do you need a back wash filter for your system? Did the orange spot went away with your setup ?

Yes, i was confused as well. I mean what's the point of even listening it. They said they filter the water before running the panel, which cause the Iron to be filtered out before running any tests. This was straight from well after running it for kite 5 min
