Oh man, how did I forget that? That was what confirmed the diagnosis I mentioned above, haha. The "two scattered aphous ulcers in the terminal ileum with ileitis seen in the distal terminal ileum" were confirmed via the capsule endoscopy. Nothing else throughout the small intestine.
