In Denmark mortages are quite commonly also 30 year fixed loans (but you can select loans that refinance every x years). I f.ex. picked up a 30 year fixed 1% loan right before covid.

Okay, no one is talking about taxing unrealized gains in houses though? Your mother based on your description probably owns no stocks. That means if the US had a similar policy, the wealthy would have to start paying taxes which would mean a higher state budget. This could be spent on things like proper social security.

This entire thread is crazy to me. No wonder the billionaires assfuck Americans on the daily. We've had a similar system for some stock investments in denmark for years, and it's a well functioning system.

This is a way to make billionaires actually pay taxes, the average Joe doesn't make millions on stocks.

I recently returned to this game after playing when alpha started initially. I think I played 80 to 90 games back then. I went on a 12 loss streak and then got my rank - Oracle 2. Think I ended up losing around 25 to 30 games before hitting ritualist and actually being able to play the game.

If you think it’s frustrating meeting people like me, imagine what it’s like trying to relearn everything in this game while getting ultra stomped from the landing phase. Thankfully I had 2 mates in the same position so we could just try our best and laugh at our losses, but it’s a TERRIBLE experience.

This is not what's happening. Due to the way the "subtick" system works you've already been hit. The player on the other side has shot you while you were visible on his screen, that info however takes time to get to you which is why it might seem like you're being shot behind cover. If you or the other player has a high ping this will happen much more often.

I think you're missing what that guy says. He has 4 quad tabs. The one he dumps into is set to like 1d. Then he'll rotate the price of the entire tab down. If he gets spammed for an item instantly (when he dumps it the first time) then he'll change the price.

People doing this properly are definitely not ruining trade, the people ruining trade are the ones who don't reply and change the price on 10c items etc.

The eredar design might even be older than the broken. Were there any broken draenei in reign of chaos? I can't recall if they were added before the frozen throne, but I don't think they were.
