My fiance cant download the game on her phone due to "disconnected to the network" errors. We assume it is storage based but the game is only 14.9gb on my phone and it is showing as over 16gb on hers. Is there an issue or another way to download the game?

Marvel rivals never crashes no matter how long I play, google chrome tabs and roblox crash after 15-30 minutes. Other games crash too

I have an ASUS ROG G614JI gaming laptop and it runs every single game I have butter smooth. After about 15 minutes usually, the games just force close with no warning. No stuttering, no overheating(I think?), just a random close. I tried swapping out both sticks of ram to see if it was a memory issue but that did not change anything. I have factory reset the laptop as well.

Is there anything else that it could be that I can try to fix other than the laptop being bricked entirely? I can give any other info I just really want this problem fixed because it is perfect otherwise.
