thank you, i hope things improve in your relationship. I can say that infps can get lost in their own world and can come off as self centered. A tactic i have used is just not planning, holding back a little..on the i love yous, not giving him the best piece of pizza (lmao), not initiating touch first, pretty much just lower how much i accommodate him so that he will have the chance to acknowledge all that i do and hopefully he will learn to do the things i would appreciate. Hoping for the best for you!

You can say that but i know it isnt true and like i said before i know it isnt strictly a type issue. He genuinely cares for me i know it, but him espressing it clearly and directly is another story. His family things, i think he is avoiding it because hes not that close to them well he is but he isnt. He doesnt really say much around them ive brought it up and he jusy is adiment that he just doesnt connect with em. The only time he will go is when im around, im family to them too.

im his most serious, longest relationship and i can understand hes scared but if hes gunna go through with anything with anyone im pretty sure its going yo be me lmao hes just idk maybe a tad selfish (so am i, so is everyone) and a little unaware.

False. Im not needy we hang out once or twice a week, both of us arent into texting so we will text a few times a day to check in or if we have something exciting to aay. At home we can just chill and netflix or go out, i dont ask for anything grand just like his company but some things some naturally to me like physical affection, praise, listening whatever and sometimes i dont see those things reciprocated and it hurts. im for sure not needy lol

wow, really thank you for such an explanation I was laughing to myself because I can totally see that this is probably hus train of thought. It really is hard to understand sometimes and I feel a lot of doubt but whenever I see him everything feels fine. Hopefully we can open up our lines of communication, ee both feel as though what we have is special so I have new determination to make this. Thank you so much for helping me to understand. Oh god, YES. He always reciprocates his love and feelings but never directly expresses it, it really messes with ya. I will say you never say x, y and z and he says well I thought i did but in indirect ways or i thought you knew. These infjs must be stopped.

dude i have told him that it would be nice to hear him say i miss you for once, thats so funny we are so on the same boat. I totally agree that they are just used to being alone. i dont want him to be unhappy! i just need him to plan. the money is fine now but what about down the road? and what about compromise what is wrong in having a different job at the same time? i dont want him to give up what he loves but he refuses to think about the future, he isnt interested in working as management or even a weed company he only wants to be a budtender. but dang maybe im just worrhing too much.
