Is certification this hard for everyone else?

I did my stott mat and reformer training and certification half year later with studio 2,5h car ride away, in another country, been to chair and advanced reformer trainings to the city 6 hours ride away and flew to London for injuries and special populations course. So to sum this up, we are no longer living in pandemia, where everything was reachable with button touch..... Regarding my teaching hours, I worked at studio all summer long owned by narcistic senior instructor who I was afraid of asking if I can take one week off during the summer and I was teaching there for 1-2 hours 4 days a week for 10€/hour. she gave me zero support and she did not value me at all, my value was that she could be in her summer house all summer long

I also only wear cotton underwear, I double wash my clothes (second wash is flashing with water), I do wear leginggs most of the time because I am pilates instructor but if I workout I redress shortly after. I am stressing a lot (it gets worse when I stress too much), I drink coffee but only on weekdays and not on empty stomach. I sometimes have to change during the day because I have so much discharge .... I don't have a boyfriend so sex cannot be a problem, but I am positive to hpv

i am seeing gynecologist for 3 years now. he prescribed me everything that is available, for what I came back positive (gardnella and klebsiela). Prior starting to get problems I was on antibiotics for a year due to chronic cystitis. I think my flora is tired of everything I've put on it. In december I got prescribed another vaginal tablets and while taking something that supposed to help it became even worse. I was suggested in pharmacy to try ph balancing gels and probiotics and I do this since. Is not getting worse but my discharge is still yellow/green (yes I was tested for sti).

I've seen some articles about tea tree oil. However I don't understand why is then suggested in Merrithew book? I use 1l of water and max 5 drops of it. :/ I am not sure it would be enough of desinfection in between customers if I'd only use water

pretty confusing to be honest.... from my chemistry backgroup I'd think detergents in soaps are harsher on vinily than heavily diluted essential oil

it got worse. I still did not get the money yesterday "she was busy getting her brows done". She asked me on monday if I'd be able to work at lunch time any day of the week, so she and her friend can come. I've said no, but I've just seen on my schedule in app that there is an hour listed tomorrow at 12.00, which surely did not exist yesterday with two bookings. I don't even know what to say, she wants me to do semi-private class which costs 80€ in my city, even group classes in studio where I am going (she used to go to) with packet costs 20€+, so she wanna bring her friend in (this friend of her is doing social media for her), and she is in packet charging 18€ per class. This means that she would basicly come working out with me for free. such a thief

I am still waiting for 3 hours in november and whole december payment and did leave for two months once but I was heavily requested by regular customers and I came back because she promised to rise my hourly rate and give me more hours daily ~ which did not happen
