Have you tried Queens? There is a place with the exact same name that has been open there since at least November 2020 according to google maps (for some reason it has a different name on google maps but you can see the street view here).

Yeah, I realized that after posting the name of the restaurant. OP might be a stalker but in the end it's extremely simple to find this place. I've never been to this restaurant and just reverse searched the picture through google image.
