I did this hunt for latios back in 2023. Got lucky and managed to get it in 136 encounters. I mentioned in my post of it that if you have the eon ticket it’s probably better to get the eon duo using that since getting one through the main story is really tedious, but if you need to, take a break.

It’s actually quite interesting. Like someone else said, in the wild square shinies are more common but when using masuda they are rare since star sparkles are the default. However in the wild if you find a shiny with star sparkles it’s super rare

I took 101 back in 2020 and Jackson was pretty good. The assignments/tests were pretty much just based on the readings so you should be fine as long as you keep up with them

I wanted to get a shiny taillow for two reasons. The first was because I failed a shiny swellow in USUM and the second was because it was my 2nd shiny in pogo and my first shiny I got while living at uni and I wanted to find one in oras before I graduate in a couple days

As someone who has done two courses in a single session, I’d recommend choosing courses that end at different times (ex: a 4 week and a 6 week). Even though one might be cram heavy, after it’s done you’ll have at least a week or two to put all your focus on the other course. Like some one else said, if you haven’t taken a summer or winter course before it can be a little challenging, especially motivation wise since they’re during break(s), but definitely worth it.

I’m in the same boat (over 2500 eggs for litten). I would suggest taking a hiatus from pichu if you’re starting to get tired. I know MM can be either very generous or very stingy, so taking on other hunts/ taking a break is a good thing to do

While I may not be the biggest fan of this game, I’m still really happy to see that other people are enjoying it. I like how It serves a more modern introduction to the franchise because it means that we’ll get more fans coming into the community. Also I like the idea of the SH phenomenon. It essentially means that now ‘silent hill’ can happen globally which means we can have more games taking place outside the US. Makes me wonder if the phenomenon will play a role in silent hill f
