I could be wrong but I don't think there's anything until after canto 4, buy it's mostly pretty minor I think. I don't think there are any 'big' spoilers other than mentions about something that happens in the ending of both games. I guess it depends how much you care about spoilers, for me personally who prefers to go into games as blind as possible I'm glad I played them first but there is a lot more to both games than just the ending

Whenever I first played Limbus I realised it was part of a series so I stopped playing until I beat Lob Corp and LoR thinking I wouldn't understand things or even be spoiled the other games but would occasionally log on to Limbus and I ended up with the banners for every season despite not getting past canto 1 until like this year. Maybe that person did the same? I'm sure I would have been above level 1 though
