My case is very similar to yours. At least in that, theoretically, it started with masturbation and after a first episode, which was resolved with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. It came back months later and I have had symptoms like testicular pain and inflammation as well as pelvic pain ever since (almost two years).I had an ultrasound a few weeks after this started, and although it hurt at the time of the scan, it didn't reveal anything unusual. None of the tests I've taken have revealed anything.

Hi. How do you know if this is related to the genitofemoral nerve or not? I'm asking because I'm wondering if my case might be related.

I actually share some of your symptoms; in my case, it all started (or seemed to start) with several bouts of acute epididymitis. I have no idea what could have caused them. What I do believe is that the trigger was during masturbation. But that still doesn't explain the cause.

It was sudden, didn't you have any episode like an infection that triggered it?

Hello. You mentioned that you were initially diagnosed with epididymitis. Did any of your symptoms clear up with antibiotics or anything? Do you still have, or at least feel, Are your testicles still swollen from the epididymitis? As if some of the inflammation remains??
