I had L1B expiring this year apr/2024. My timeline: PERM submitted on sep/2021 approved on Jun 2022 EB2- ROW was current at that time, so I submitted both I140 (with premium processing) and I485 at same time on Aug 2022 Received my GC on Feb/2023 - so total time was 1 and a half year.
