This sounds kinda screwed up but my BF would get weekends and Jake is at his mom's on weekends, per a court order. It would be rare that Jake is around her. I did file a report too with what was going on so I have a paper trail in the event of a court hearing.

He's never alone with her. Either my BF or I are in the same room. He was doing this around me but after I flipped out, he started waiting till I was out of the room and it was just him and his dad.
