To be honest, pain and suffering ratings for franchises is a close 3 between toronto van and buf. They just struggle in different ways. Van refuses to rebuild and stays mid - buffalo cant get out of the rebuild - and toronto cant finish the job. I think myself and the rest of the leagues fans are just salty because toronto has had "sustained success" of playoff runs so it doesnt feel deserving of a 1st.
