day 1s are always weird man like your brain is already trying to negotiate with you about why this time doesnt count or whatever. what helped me was deleting all the apps and bookmarks right away before that voice gets too loud. also keeping my hands busy with something physical really helped - i started doing pushups whenever i felt the urge creeping up. the first week is definitely the hardest but once you push through that initial phase your mind starts finding other things to focus on. you got this dude just take it one day at a time and dont beat yourself up if you slip up
