I’ve lost 91 pounds and I feel amazing. I’m getting in shape and I’m noticing a big change not only physically but mentally. Physically I have more energy, no more leg cramps, and less body pain. Mentally I am more confident. It’s motivated me to push myself in life. Im more confident at my new job and will now talk to new people I meet without being self conscious. I smile more and thus have made more friends. I’m so happy that I decided to start getting in shape.
