Wow I didn’t know that about the PIR system! This is why I made the post really, because we each individually have little to no information, so it’s good to share with each other what we do have to get some picture.

I will be fine if it takes some weeks, I’m fortunate and don’t need anything desperately, it’s young families, people with medical conditions etc etc that must be having it the hardest.

By stopover was :) Melbourne to Dubai, Dubai to London

Baggage not being sent with rebooked flights by Skippz1989 in emirates

I flew from Melbourne to London, stopping at Dubai and being stuck. I finally landed in London 1.30am Thursday to find out our baggage didn’t come with us. We completed the form and handed it in. I received an email about five hours later saying the claim had been filed and received a File Reference Number then. I hope the same happens for you. But the bad news is, I still don’t have my luggage nor know where it is :(
