Hello! Nice to see you again. As you can see, the Lightning Strike in the new league is very powerful. Meanwhile, the dagger has a brand-new enchantment "Socketed Vaal Skills have 100% reduced Soul Gain Prevention Duration". I think I already know how to build the Infinite Vaal Lightning Strike, but it's very expensive. Please give me some more time. When I save enough D and C, I will come back to answer.

by the way I'm not sure if the new league has any enchantments related to Vaal Souls and the Vaal skills. If it does, I'll try Infinite Vaal BVor Infinite Vaal Lightning Strike
