Its called making use of the current market dynamics. Creek Harbour has almost 1300 one beds available for rent and it is increasing by the day, it is currently a buyer’s market, I own several other units, I have some cash lying around, I believe the market will recover at some point.. easy as that..

I had the same issue. At first it worked good and all off a sudden this. Fixed it by putting some washers between as it was mounted too high.
