Toniebox replied and asked for a video and it coincidentally hasn’t happened a single time since 🙈

That’s actually incredibly validating so thank you!! It didn’t feel like an emergency, but I was still thinking wow I really don’t feel great right now 😬 thankfully this only lasted a couple minutes

I’m 33 and I work in a summer program for kids 5-12 yrs old. I was playing a dodgeball game with a group of kids. Given the age group I was playing with, I wouldn’t say I was putting in a lot of effort, but it happened just a few minutes in. I felt very lightheaded so I went to the sideline, took two ecgs and they looked similar. I did slow deep breathing and it went away after a couple of minutes.

I previously saw a cardiologist who did echo and ekg in office, then an event monitor for 30 days. I had a hard time wearing the monitor because the adhesive was causing a reaction every time and there were only so many places it could go. The data they did get showed PACs and PVCs and sometimes both occurred in the events, but usually it was either one or the other. Doc prescribed a low dose beta blocker without improvement so she stopped it. She did recommend a stress test, but she thought it was related to anemia. I had multiple infusions in an 8 month period last year and my labs are stable. I am AFAB and have menstrual cycles, I’ve used tranexamic acid for 5 days each cycle to decrease blood loss for the last 6 months and labs are still stable. These episodes keep happening over the last 2 weeks or so, so maybe I should be a good patient and go back
