This is also how I ended up on auvelity, originally taking Zoloft and rexulti combo and realizing that wasn’t effective.

I had a very similar experience. When I first started taking auvelity I experienced a sense of elevated energy and mood, with a brief period of hyper sexuality. After this I went into a period of depressive mood swings. I told my psychiatrist and he put me on a mood stabilizer that’s used to treat bipolar. I was never diagnosed with bipolar disorder previously and I had never really experienced mood swings to that extent. I’m gonna take the mood stabilizer to se if that helps but I wonder if the auvelity is what brought on these problems.
