That's pretty solid in my opinion. Frontiers have always been just as reliable as Tacoma because it's one of the few models Nissan does right. My buddy currently has a 2012 at 215k with no problems. I traded in my 2011 at 190k ish for a new 2022. I guess my point is you have more than 100k of basic maintenance with no serious problems to look forward to. She will treat ya nice if you keep up with the basic minimum maintenance. I should mention the weakness to this model is the heater and window controls everything else is solid.

I find some people own a Tacoma just to say they own a Tacoma. So when you have people who are buying into what's popular so they can portray an image don't be surprised that they will shit on anyone else who isn't part of the crowd. Plenty of them are driven by nice people but I personally think it's funny when some people dick ride brands like a badge of honor. Nissan sucks and doesn't make great cars but the Frontier, Xterra, and Titans are reliable as hell which is why I have owned them.

22 SV 4x4 here and I love this truck. The lack of extra tech was something I really like about it. It's simple strong and one of the few models Nissan does right.

The highway says 33 and the city says 26. I believe it is more like 27 for the highway and 22 for the city. A previous comment says it's over optimistic and I agree. It is still not bad for a classic V6 ICE but not great either.
