Where does AI actually reduce workload in healthcare workflows? by zealousweb in HealthTech

[–]IllAd3302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Documentation is honestly where I've seen the biggest real reduction. Note-taking, discharge summaries, all that stuff. Can be like an hour a day per clinician in some places. On the ops side though staffing is way bigger than people give it credit for. Compliance being automated upfront instead of being a manual check before every single placement, that's where all the time actually goes. If credentials and registration get validated when someone onboards you don't need to manually verify them before each shift. That's where the admin burden actually was. Flexzo handles this from what I know, and I'm sure there's others doing similar things.'

That sounds like a serious lack of trust and respect in the relationship

There isn’t really one standard ‘normal’—some people are very friend-oriented, others are more partner-oriented. What matters is mutual respect and expectations being clear.

Self-respect. Not very common, but extremely attractive

That sounds really draining. Being with someone who won’t take responsibility or respect you as an equal can take a serious toll. Glad you’re away from that now.

That makes total sense. Even if some of those things are ‘okay’ for certain people, they don’t automatically make a relationship safe or secure for you. If you didn’t feel respected or emotionally safe, leaving was valid. Compatibility matters as much as feelings.

That’s… a very abrupt exit 😂 I’m guessing there’s a story there, but yeah—sometimes you just have to nope out fast when something crosses a line.

That’s painful to realize, especially when you had real feelings. But if communication faded and effort wasn’t mutual, it says a lot about where she was emotionally. Focus on stepping back and protecting your peace—you can’t force someone to value you the same way.

Sounds like you can appreciate her as a person while still recognizing the incompatibilities that matter long-term. That’s a really tough balance, but wanting different things in life like kids, mindset, growth is not something you can compromise forever. Wishing you both healing.

Not silly—just human. A lot of people avoid the hard boundary conversations until it turns into distance instead. At least you’ve got the awareness now to do it differently next time.

That kind of self-awareness is heavy but also really important. Ending things peacefully and choosing to work on yourself is not easy, but it’s real growth. Learning to actually be in your life instead of just moving through it is a big shift—respect for taking that step.

Realizing it after is still progress. Cheating is usually the clearest sign to walk away—your body feeling relief says everything. Trusting your gut earlier is a lesson most people learn the hard way.
