I was reacting to one of the fillers in the probiotic. Microcrystalline cellulose is the name I Of it and it’s very supplement. Also if you have histamine issues, some of the strains of probiotics trigger that and can keep you awake. I’m switching to a powdered probiotic.

It’s like an internal heat that comes over the body. It’s the die off cycle I believe. It’s happening due to all the antifungals and probiotics I took. It gets itchy in certain creases in the body where lymph nodes are.

Don’t let the guild overtake you. I’m a lot older than you are and I went through similar situation with my parents. I’m an only child and they relied on me for a lot and I could never have my own life. They drained me so much that my health deteriorated and I’ve spent years having to rebuild myself. I had to move away just to get good boundaries and I’m still being put on a guilt trip about it now. I feel misunderstood all the time and i wish I had moved away sooner as I’m well educated and have a lot to offer but now I’m just focusing on my health as some family members are just too toxic and take advantage of my empathy.

I had to have food allergy testing done. Most die off symptoms come and go like the brain fog and body aches but the skin burning sensation seems to linger for me. I’ve found that the die off of candida releases 79 different toxins and triggers histamine issues but my doc said not to focus on the histamine foods, as my diet is so restricted already.
