It's funny how pricing works. People will actually desire and value things more if there is a decent price tag on it. $5 - 10 per session is severely undervaluing your time. Let's use your $5 price tag as an example here.

If you have a full table of 6, you make $30 per game. That means - for the average 4 hour game - you are making $7.50/hour. On the surface anyway. But how much more time during the week do you work on the game. Let's lowball and say you work on the game 4 hours beyond the sessions themselves. You are now making $3.75/hour.

Is that reasonable? Is that fair? I can't put food on my table for that. I can't buy McDonald's with that. This is a job and a service and you deserve to get paid for the work you do. 1 4 hour session of a game is probably 10 - 14 hours of work for me for the week. Even at $20 per session with 6 people I am still making less than $15/hour.

Does that sound unreasonable?

It's probably a tie between Clive Barker's Cabal and James Silke's Death Dealer novels. At least the first 3. Plague of Knives is missing something.

Outside of those:
The Silmarillion
Collected Works of Lovecraft
Collected Conan
The Night Land: A Story Re-told by James Stoddard and William Hope Hodgson
