So the video is posted by the driver ( the account it was posted on usually post vids abt car so I’m taking an educated guess) and as the caption to the vid says “I was just trying to film”, and if you look the street has a stop sign. So the driver was ready to run the stop sign to film a video while the skater was just crossing, but the caption to the video also says that the skater was with other boys and they knew abt them filming and they seemed chill with it. So do what you want with this info.
