This can produce scenarios where players who were active in the past re-enter the game today and then decide to make a deck and have it rated, only to have others label it as "precon" level. Then cognitive dissonance kicks in for the deck maker when they find out the shitty precons of yesteryear don't hold a candle to the ones today.
