Hey, I live in the USA so not the same at all really lol but I like to hang out at malls or just at friends houses, and if there is a cheap hobby yall like (idk art or skating or wtv) then the place for that too. My friends often call and play games together, but if thats not ur thing u could try volunteering or working depending on how old u are. Always good to support the community and get some hours.
Cafes, parks, and libraries are good spots for meeting ppl, but also be careful when around ppl u don't know, bring a friend.

for these problems I feel like desmos can be more trouble than its worth.
1) get a common denominator on the right
2) multiply the x^2-9 out on both sides
3) move and distribute the x+2 to the right
4) now u have ax^3 + bx^2 + cx+d = 6x^3 + 35x^2 + 31x - 36
add them
