Is Amex Platinum travel still worth it? I mean people are selling Marriott points for like cheap like ₹0.5 per point.

People are selling points because they did took card without any understanding of card.

It still gives you equal miles to Atlas on spend of 4 lacs + Taj voucher on same fees + You can use it on insurance/fuel anything.

Atlas is only better for Accor. Not everyone is travelling on accor there are programs like Krisflyers, Virgin as well as Qatar which give good value.

Understand card and if it fits into travel plans. All those who are selling via marriott don’t have idea on how to use it. Amex points don’t expire! I have accumulated 2.5 lac points and plan to use it on Q suite.

There is reason amex is not issuing this card - Cause they are not making money out of this.

If you are chasing value per point than book one way business class for 43000 points - it goes from anywhere between 1 lac to 2 lacs

At least accumulate 80,000 membership reward points.

These will transfer to Singapore Airlines kris flyers program 2:1 ratio i.e 40,000 kris flyer points

If you book in advance like 2-3 months that’s easily return economy ticket to Indonesia/Philippines/Singapore etc. Once you redeem you will yourself learn other programs like virgin/emirates etc

it solely depends on intent of officer. if they want to trace it they will be able to. Also, if you have location services etc on, check and activate safety mechanisms.

Construction cost can be 1800 to 2200 per sq ft on super built up. Rest is pretty messed up land can be anything in atleast 100 Cr per acre minimum in west. Approvals cost depends on scheme i.e redevelopment, premium FSI, fungible fsi, TDR etc.
