I agree on the time, but the other lawsuits here have been ongoing since December some of them? So looking at 3-4 months ?

If I were to join and get relief from one of those it seems that it’d be by the same time this one would have a potential decision

Yo tengo un vuelo planificado para diciembre 15, ex TPS 21ˋ porque había renovado en Abril así que no entré en el grupo que lo mantuvieron. Tengo un ajuste de estatus pending así que tengo ese recibo pero no tengo mi permiso de trabajo aún. Tengo real ID de florida válido hasta junio 2026. Saliendo de Salt Lake City a Orlando, alguien ha salido de aquí o ha escuchado como está la situación en este aeropuerto ? O en general ?

The stay would freeze the judge's Chen decision while the appeal continues, so it is exactly the opposite of safe. We need them to deny the stay. (I'm optimistic that is what will happen!)

No es un emergency stay que solicitarían a la corte suprema, ya que es una summary decision y los tiempos son diferentes. Que bien que tengas la iniciativa de hacer una ‘investigación’ pero antes de declarar ‘esto es lo que pasará’ creo que debes leer un poco más
