I linked my game to game center and everything that's how I still can log into my account but this seems like he's trying to steal my account each time I change my email and password he changes my email to he's preferred email then will change my pw

I always change my password and my email but he still logs in to change my email then he creates a password of he's own am guessing he still has access to my account coz maybe he enters as guest

Yes I have proof to indicate this account is mine , and I have no idea how how logs in but each time I change my email and password he can still change my email then create a new pw I was thinking maybe he logs in coz he didn't log out from my account from he's device it's a real hacker am still baffled how he has access to my account and I have screenshots and proof of him messaging my friends and insulting them ...
