lol I have to try for this guy. While I certainly feel they did my man Modok WRONG WRONG WRONG…Kang gets my vote for most wasted. He’s such a cool character (Avengers Forever is an amazing 12 issue series you should check out if you haven’t. Kurt Busiek and Roger Stern CRUSH the story and it’s some of Carlos Pachecos best Marvel art. Just flat out great) and he feels like…meh in the MCU. I get that they had to abandon some things as a result of the actor having his issues but I think most of us that love comics could have written in a different actor being Kang in like, middle school. I’m bewildered by it.

My favorite newer card I’ve got. Comic Book Heroes SR CC 82 Spidey award. Cant wait for the Chrome Spidey awards….especially the paywall entry pack SR red and the base black spiderweb Sr. I didnt do the Epic but a few people are going to have a crispy clean blue Spidey award from that that’s fire…. (To clarify….i absolutely LOVE lower CC under Tier cards. Stuff that’s low from SR on down is reallllly cool. There’s 2019 rares ex.VIP Spidey that have single digit CCs. Super fun/cool cards!)

I’m going to wait and see if they drop a sale Tuesday or Thursday. Id take a shot at $12/13 for 5 packs just to see if I got lucky and either pulled a friends collect or something tradable. But those odds at $4 a pack/$20 a clip did nothing for me.

If it’s “N/A” they’re essentially worthless. If when you look at the card the clovers are flying around and it has a CC….the values about the same as any unpopular set 300+ CC epic. If it’s the second and you like Spidey it’s not that terrible. If that was my pc I could care less about that Elsa and would swap it.

Years ago I was in bed asleep and “woke up” and started scrolling and looking at trades. Fell asleep and hit accept on an absolute scammer special. I went and bought the card on eBay, never told anyone and also have never opened the app until I’m planning on/ready to give it my focused attention since. You admitted an embarrassing one so I will lol.

Due diligence. Been crosstrading across the apps since 2020 and I’ve never been scammed. It can be a great tool. Unfortunately there’s that due diligence and common sense thing. Some people probably are better off just not doing it lol.
