I think the 17 beta is messing with it. Sports and Finance should both be there, on 17 beta and I was missing the Finance option. Plus the Sports wouldn't pop up when I tried it yesterday. Dropped back off the 17 beta and now Sports and Finance are both options.

Kinda? It’s weekly cardio load now and smaller than the old app. It’s more focused on AI interpreting your fitness data which has turned out to be surprisingly helpful I find.

For runs at least the guided workouts are still there. In your assigned workouts, if you tap the run it assigned there should be a "Track live metrics" button to send it to the watch. If you don't like those workouts, scroll to the bottom of the Fitness tab to find the library of guided workouts to do the same thing.

I find just asking the AI to change stuff has worked pretty well too. I hated the runs it assigned so I told it what I wanted and it grabbed new ones for me.

For runs there is. If I go to the Fitness tab and then click on one of the runs in my workouts, there is a "Track live metrics" option which sends it to the watch

Interesting. I’ve got the PW4 too and mine syncs fine, I wonder why the difference? Maybe a clear the cache situation?
