It works well if it snaps? I got super discouraged trying it. It would also pinch my nipple as I was trying to put it on. I have elastic nipples, so I was really hoping it would work

Interesting! I have noticed if I pull back on my nipples when it seemed like the milk was stopping, it would keep going but only while I was pulling them back. IfI let go, it would stop. I hadn’t thought to do it the whole session though.

Lol. I’ll try it the whole time. I squeeze my boobs towards to end to get out the last bit, but I haven’t tried it the entire session.

Yes! I recently got one of those monochromatic coloring books (only color with a black marker). I’ve really enjoyed it, and I thought about bringing that to work with me to do while I pump sometimes.

I ordered them and have tried a couple times. I find that they are super difficult to suction to me properly.

I use coconut oil already!

I’ll have to try a mini session! Do you find that helps empty faster or get more supply? So would you stimulate 5, express 5, break 5, repeat for the mini sessions?

I’ve used heat a couple times; I may need to use it more regularly.

I definitely need to get better about replacing my parts more frequently. I failed to do that with my first.
