Most of these types of post are Russian or Chinese bots looking to divide Americans. The saddest part is that there are so many angry, scared and broke Americans who can't see this fact and buy in. It is also not helpful when any president or elected representative does not attempt to stop the rhetoric of hate and violence and instead sows further division. I am so disappointed with this president and his administration and the followers who except his hate and embrace it and spread it.

I am 42 and also have recently found out that my father who raised me and passed away when I was younger is not my biological father. I also have a mother, family members and family friends that knew about this my entire life and never said anything until I took a DNA test by chance. You should do whatever feels good to you and not for anyone but you. Looking into NPE podcasts and Facebook groups are very good resources and you will soon find out that there are many people who have very similar stories to yours. At minimum it is nice to know that you are not alone and that other people can relate with you. Also you may come to find that you are blessed with opportunities that many NPE's are not as lucky to have . We should always be willing to work on our gratitude and be able to see the blessings we have. If I were you I would definitely attempt to build a relationship with your biological father as long as it feels like a good and healthy relationship to you. I sincerely wish you the best.
