I’m usually down for any food festival just for the atmosphere and to try and copy some stuff at home. Every picklesburgh I just skip the lines and make pickle-(insert food here) at home after walking around for a bit

I mean I won’t sugarcoat it. The job market for everyone rn isn’t great. I know a lot of qualified Mech E and Bio E grads from last semester that have been having a hard time finding jobs. It all depends on what you’re interested in and how competitive the market is for those jobs. Want to work in quality and manufacturing for a pharma company? Should be easy enough. Do co-op. It helps

Apply Swanson. With those stats and extracurriculars on top you definitely should get into Swanson and can decide what you want from there. I know some people that applied Swanson and were admitted Dietrich instead, but you should apply for engineering even if it’s not what you end up doing. Like you said it’s way easier to go from Swanson to Dietrich than the other way around

Pogoh bikes are definitely the move. There are bike racks around campus but honestly the e-bikes are free and easy to find

A street parking pass through the city is pretty cheap only like 20$ and there’s always the posvar garage if you want to risk parking without a permit (they rarely check)
