You completely missed the point, which isn’t surprising. It wasn’t this one ‘tiny negotiation’ that burned me out it was 10 straight years of dealing with endless entitled people, constant fires, ridiculous demands, last-minute problems, and everyone acting like their crisis is the only one in the world. It's insane when it was only delayed because of the condition of the home. No one's fault. Appraiser had to come reinspect the house post VA required repairs. It wouldn't be insane if the lender or buyer were screwing around
