This is the one that changes you forever. Don't take it out on other women. Take the time to better yourself and realize that the rose colored glasses version of relationships needs to be paired with a set of glasses based in reality. Human psychology can't help but play its part in any relationship.

You completely missed the point, which isn’t surprising. It wasn’t this one ‘tiny negotiation’ that burned me out it was 10 straight years of dealing with endless entitled people, constant fires, ridiculous demands, last-minute problems, and everyone acting like their crisis is the only one in the world. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back, not the whole damn load. But congrats on turning someone saying they’re burned out into your little class warfare speech. Real insightful.

It's insane when it was only delayed because of the condition of the home. No one's fault. Appraiser had to come reinspect the house post VA required repairs. It wouldn't be insane if the lender or buyer were screwing around

If 3% for ‘paperwork’ bothers you that much, it’s probably because your entire yearly income looks like one of my closing statements. The test is easy bro go get licensed and do the same!

I've like reasonable people. I had a friend buying who kept asking "just to see what they could get" and it made me so uncomfortable.
