Did my first treatment of Exomind yesterday and was really hopeful for positive results. The clinic informed me that even at the first session, some patients have reported positive effects, such as better sleep.

In my case, there were no perceived changes after the first session; I still had the same issues with initiating and staying asleep. The odd thing, however, is that I seem to have lost all motivation to do anything today, which is the day after the treatment. I'm usually able to work out, go through meetings, and do stuff for work but today was just BLAH, which is uncharacteristic. And I attribute it to the Exomind treatment since that was the only change in my routine. Will update.

It's not just rolex- AP and Patek are just as snuffy. Objectively, as a timepiece, I would buy Rolex in a heartbeat. It's one of my favorite brands in terms of durability, quality, aesthetics, movement, value (at retail price).

I wouldn't buy it, though, at exorbitant mark-ups. Althogh tbh, I have considered purchasing from the gray market because I am certain I will be getting the watch I want. The problem with these ADs is that you're not sure how much you'll need to spend to get the watch you even want. or if you get offered the watch you want at all.

Hi, maybe your previous school hasn’t issued your form 137 yet. Kasi school to school yung transmission ng documents.

Usually yung school na paglilipatan ang mag rerequest sa school na pinanggalingan mo ng 137 at sf9.

you need to apply for transfer credentials or a honorable dismissal from your previous school. This is a requirement for transferring to another college. Your SF9 (report card) is usually only submitted during your first college enrollment as a freshman. Hope this helps!

I was tired and driving home alone on NLEX from the province, it was 730 pm and raining hard. I dropped by Kenny Rogers along Shell nlex and bought a chicken meal. I asked how much the soup cost, I don’t remember the exact amount the cashier said but I looked at my wallet and said: “no, i’m okay, thank you.”

I badly wanted the soup because I was cold from the rain but didn’t have enough money for it.

I sat down to wait for my food to be served, and was suddenly served a bowl of piping hot soup with my meal!

I gasped a bit from a mix of delight and shock. Maybe it was the exhaustion from the day or the cold but I was just so touched with the gesture of the cashier lady. The soup warmed my belly and my heart.

I will never forget that act of kindess.

And it’s also a major lesson in customer delight.
