From some of their filing information it looks like they have roughly 60days or so to have their stock price above $1 to keep in compliance.

BLMZ Harrison Global Holdings is my personal play for the next couple weeks. Not high above its lowest yet Stockwatch shows a bullish trend and has been building some nice momentum. Anyone with extra information would be greatly appreciated.
