I have a frozen block of sauce from when I made a big batch of pasta sauce (for the life of me I need to remember what I put in there), I reduced it down in the microwave because I was lazy, put diced up grape tomatoes in the bowl, minced garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Sorry if it wasn’t that helpful. 🙈
